达美航空投资的私人包机航空公司以超1亿美元价格收购英国同行
美国会员制私人包机航空公司Wheels Up最近收购了英国公司Air Partner，交易对价大约1.09亿美元。Wheels Up曾获达美航空投资，是美国市场仅次于NetJets的第二大私人包机航空公司。去年1月，Wheels Up收购了飞机租赁公司Mountain Aviation；同年2月，Wheels Up宣布上市计划，目标估值为21亿美元。
